Our Accommodation

Snowy Owl Guest Lodge offers the traveler the following:

• 3 x De Lux en suite rooms with QUEEN beds.
• 4 x Standard en suite rooms with DOUBLE beds
• 4 x Budget en suite rooms with 2 x SINGLE beds
  • All the rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge and a microwave.
• 1 x Studio log cabin with a QUEEN bed.
  • The Studio Cabin has got a small open plan kitchenette and living area and an en suite bedroom, spacious patio and it offers privacy.
  • Dedicated carport parking.

3-Bedroom Houses

• Cape Eagle-Owl House with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every room has a double bed.
• Wood House with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every room has two x ¾ beds.
• Spotted Eagle Owl Log House, two bathrooms. Every room has a double bed.
• Fishing Owl Log House, two bathrooms. Every room has a double bed.
  • All the houses have got a kitchen, living area and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
  • A minimum rate of 3 PAX per house applies on all the packages.

Our Rates

Rates listed below are applicable from the 1st of January 2022 till the 28th of February 2022.

We offer affordable accommodation with various options to suit every budget and need. 

Grass Owl De Lux Rooms, consisting of 3 x en suite rooms:

• Queen Bed
• Room only rate: single or sharing at R 695.00 per night per room.
• Bed & Breakfast: Single R 795 per person p.n; sharing R447.50 per person p.n.
• Dinner, Bed and Breakfast: Single R 1095.00 per person p.n; sharing R 747.50 per person p.n.
  • Dinner (main course only) includes two soft drinks.
• Full Board: Single R 1 245.00 per person p.n; sharing R 897.50 per person p.n.
  • Full board included lunch with tea, coffee or fruit juice.
  • Dinner (main course only) includes two soft drinks.

Marsh Owl Standard Rooms, consisting of 4 x en suite rooms:

• Double Bed
• Room only rate: single or sharing at R 675.00 per night per room.
• Bed & Breakfast: Single R 775 per person p.n; sharing R437.50 per person p.n.
• Dinner, Bed and Breakfast: Single R 1075.00 per person p.n; sharing R 737.50 per person p.n.
  • Dinner (main course only) includes two soft drinks.
• Full Board: Single R 1 225.00 per person p.n; sharing R 887.50 per person p.n.
  • Full board included lunch with tea, coffee or fruit juice.
  • Dinner (main course only) includes two soft drinks.

White-Faced Owl Budget Room, consisting of 4 x en suite rooms:

• 2 x Single Beds
• Room only rate: single at R 650.00 p.p.p.n, sharing at R 300 p.p.p.n.  
• Bed & Breakfast: Single R 750 per person p.n; sharing R400.00 per person p.n.
• Dinner, Bed and Breakfast: Single R 1050.00 per person p.n; sharing R 700.00 per person p.n.
  • Dinner (main course only) includes two soft drinks
• Full Board: Single R 1200.00 per person p.n; sharing R 850.00 per person p.n.
  • Full board included lunch with tea, coffee or fruit juice.
  • Dinner (main course only) includes two soft drinks.

Also available are 2 x 3-bedrooms houses and 2 x 3-bedroom log cabins.

• Please inquire; a minimum rate of 3 pax per night is applicable.

Terms and Conditions:

• Check in Time: from 14:00 pm till 21:00 pm.
  • Please make arrangements when arriving later than 21:00 pm
• Check out Time: 10:00 am.
• 50% Deposit confirms a booking.
  • When paying the deposit, you accept our terms and conditions!
• All bookings must be paid in full upon arrival.
• All extras must be paid when departure.
• Certain accommodation has a minimum pax per night policy.

Cancellation Policy:

• Bookings cancelled 30 days in advance will be refunded in full.
• Bookings cancelled 15 days in advance will incur a 50% penalty, unless alternative dates can be provided.
• Bookings cancelled less than 15 days in advance will incur a 100% penalty, unless alternative dates can be provided.
• Bookings moved a second time and then cancelled, will be charged in full.
• No shows and early departures will be charged the full quoted rate.
